Purpose of this site

This website is published by Vote on Saskatoon DEED Association Inc., doing business as Saskatoon Citizens for a Referendum on DEED, to inform the public about the City of Saskatoon's proposed Downtown Event and Entertainment District (DEED) and to organize support for a public referendum on the project.

Not the official petition

Registering your support through this site is not the official petition signature. Saskatchewan law requires the official petition to be signed in person, on paper. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice about the referendum or petition process.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep figures and facts on this site accurate and up to date, and to identify our sources. Estimates such as the project's cost are drawn from publicly available information and may change; where possible we link to the source of a figure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access data belonging to other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
